Buying Game Currency from Unauthorized 3rd Party Sources
Purchasing in-game currency with real world money, including game gold (Eons) or other rare in-game items of player value, from an unauthorized 3rd party source other than GamerKraft will result in a permanent account ban. If you see any player promoting websites that sell game currency, please report it under “User Abuse” via the “Contact Support” function in the GamerKraft support center.
Hacking
GamerKraft has a zero tolerance policy against any form of hacking. This includes attempts to steal accounts from other players, attempts to crash the game server, use of third party programs to alter game memory, injecting modified game code, or using a programmable keyboard/mouse in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
Hacking ruins the game for players that have invested great deals of time legitimately building their characters. Those users who perform any of the above actions, or those who are found to be reaping the benefits of another user’s hacking, will be permanently banned.
Depending on the severity of the situation, all accounts that are found to be linked to a case of hacking may be permanently banned. Knowing that, please do not share your account with any other players. You are responsible for all actions recorded from your account.
False Reporting and Abuse
False reporting is defined as: public accusations that a player is cheating or hacking. This is similar to harassment in the sense that the user making the false report intends on doing harm to a potentially legitimate player. In some cases, groups of players may form together in order to accuse a potentially legitimate player of violating one of the rules here. Even if that player is later proven guilty, believing/knowing someone is violating a rule does not give you the privilege to defame them in any of GamerKraft’s public-facing sites or forums. If you suspect someone is cheating or hacking, please report it privately via the GamerKraft support center as a “User Abuse” complaint.
Exploits
Making use of any unforeseen flaw in the game or repeated exploitation of a bug/glitch in order to gain an advantage over other players will result in permanent ban.
Trade Scamming
When trading items and equipment in-game, always remember to take extra caution to ensure that you’re taking part in a fair trade. Try to avoid one-sided trades, advance payments of game currency, and deals that sound just too good to be true. The game has built-in mechanics that ensure you will receive your half of the deal as proposed, but only you can negotiate a fair trade from the beginning.
Harassment
Harassment is behavior intended to upset other players or Game Masters. All forms of harassment are punishable by a temporary account ban, and can result in a permanent ban upon repeated offence. Certain types of harassment such as racial harassment may result in a permanent ban without warning. Types of harassment include (but are not limited to) bullying, psychological harassment, racial harassment, religious harassment and sexual harassment.
GamerKraft will judge each case of harassment individually and will take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
Language
GamerKraft offers it services to a wide range of countries and cultures, supporting numerous languages. Inappropriate and profane language and the use of slurs in any form are prohibited in-game. Appropriate action will be taken against offensive players at the sole discretion of the GamerKraft staff.
Item Restoration
GamerKraft does its very best to provide an uninterrupted online game experience. This said, unforeseen events, such as technical difficulties, may result in lost items or progress.
Unfortunately, GamerKraft cannot restore progress to your character lost due to technical error, though we can, in some cases, restore lost items. For the time being, there is no limit to how many times a player may request recovery for a lost item, but some strict restrictions will apply.
We will only restore items which were lost due to technical error and not those caused by human error (such as accidently dropping items on the floor or accidently selling the item to another person or NPC). We will only restore an item if we can determine without a doubt that the item was in fact lost due to a technical error on the game server side. We cannot guarantee that the exact state of the item at the time it was lost will be restored to you and we reserve the right to refuse the restoration of lost items at any time. Lost items must be reported within 7 days of disappearance in order to be considered eligible for restoration. The item you possessed must have been in your character’s personal inventory/bag for at least 24 hours in order to be recovered.
Selling and Trading Accounts, In-Game Items, or other Assets
GamerKraft does not condone the act of selling or trading accounts or in-game items for game currency, real world cash, or anything else. Any users found selling their account or selling another user’s account can expect to be banned.
